We recently had a whole-house water filtration system installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s such a great feeling knowing that everyone in our home now has access to clean, great-tasting potable water throughout the entire house, with chlorine and many of the chemicals commonly found in city water significantly reduced.
From the initial consultation to the installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The salesperson( Steven ) was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He explained how the system works in a way that was easy to understand, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured. His professionalism and expertise gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decision.
The installer was punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job. Everything was installed neatly, and he made sure the system was working properly before he left.
